The Winter Witch
Prodigy to the archmage of Stonebriar, Evie defied her master by using Soul Magic to bind the Ice Wraith Xerses forever to her. Gaining great power and becoming immortal, she was outcast for her unholy act. Wandering the north for time untold, no one knows why she has come to Crosswind Hold, and no one dares ask.
Ice Staff
Send out a frozen blast that explodes on impact. Deals bonus damage to targets marked by Ice Block.
Ice Block
Surround yourself in ice and become immune to all damage. While in the Ice Block, Evie cannot move or attack. Over the duration of Ice Block, an area around you grows, but when Ice Block ends, any enemy in that area is stunned and marked.
Blink
Teleport forward a short distance and increase your damage for a short period of time.
Soar
Hop on your staff and take flight. Removes all debuffs on use.
Ice Storm (Ultimate)
Fire a massive ice storm that damages, slows, and cripples targets inside.
